My partner and I stayed here to attend a conference at Canberra and avoided the much higher rates of Canberra hotels. Given the prices of accomodation in Canberra this place is a bargain. It’s not brand new but we had a clean room and enjoyed our stay. The receptionist Sonya was a gem. She went out of her way to ensure we were looked after. The bed coverings are quality, no stains were seen on any sheets, blankets or towels, they provided sufficient laverty items and it has good Wi-Fi. Aircon is strong so we are always able to warm up in winter or cool down in summer. The only problem is, no milk for coffee & breakfast beverages.The management changed since about 1-2 years ago when all previous management used to give you a bottle of milk and cookies on check-in. I can now see why. These guys don't. Guys you have to provide milk if you are going to provide beverages. It does make for a kind welcome too.
